Engineer (M&E) HVAC local Japanese Speaker + Eng

Remuneration: RM4,000 - RM6,000
Work Location: Sites in Klang Valley
Note: Local Japanese speaker

HVAC & Mechanical Engineer 
•    An experienced professional in HVAC system design, installation, and maintenance, capable of managing project execution efficiently.
•    Able to coordinate and promptly arrange subcontractors and suppliers.
•    Capable of identifying and resolving issues while ensuring smooth communication with the team and clients.

Responsibilities:
•    Design, install, and maintain HVAC systems.
•    Prepare construction drawings using T-fas or relevant software.
•    Provide technical support and solutions based on client requirements.
•    Arrange and coordinate work with subcontractors and suppliers quickly.
•    Plan and manage the project schedule to keep work on track.
•    Solve design and installation issues efficiently.
•    Explain HVAC system operation and maintenance to clients after commissioning.
•    Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support on-site or by phone.
•    Plan and execute preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of HVAC equipment, including:
•    (Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), Air-Cooled Split Units (ACSU), Pumps, Cooling Towers, etc.)
•    Quickly respond to customer complaints and report to the Project Manager and Senior Engineer.
•    Assist the Project Manager (PM) in managing HVAC and clean room projects.
•    Follow basic safety rules and ensure safe work at the site.

Requirements: 
•    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
•    2-3 years of experience in HVAC system installation or maintenance.
•    Experience in making construction drawings, planning work schedules, and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.
•    Experience in project budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
•    Basic knowledge of workplace safety.
•    Good communication skills, able to report problems and updates quickly
•    Familiar with Malaysian Standards (MS) and HVAC regulations.
•    Experience using T-fas or other construction drawing software.
•    Experience with green building projects (LEED, GBI, etc.)

This role requires an HVAC professional with hands-on experience in design, installation, and maintenance, who can efficiently manage project schedules and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, ensuring timely project completion while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
