Customer Support Executive Travel (Ara Damansara/Bilingual position only)
- Take care of travel/flight/activities booking & complaint inquiries from Japanese customers located in Japan via phone calls, email, chat. Also communicate with international hotels/airlines and other vendors in English when needed.
- Japanese (Native only) & English (Daily conversation level)
Candidates MUST:
- have good understanding of Japanese business manner & common sense in professional settings.
- have basic understanding of interpersonal skills in international business settings.
- have good hospitality & customer-centred mind
- be able to use Professional level of Keigo (polite Japanese) both in speaking and writing.
- be familiar with IT systems & devices (Google platform, Microsoft Office, Fast typing, Shortcut keys and etc.)
Good to have:

- Multitask & strong problem-solving skill
- Blind touch skill
2 years as per Malaysian Work Permit (renewable), almost the same as Seisyain (正社員) in Japan. Internationally well travelled candidates are suitable

Basic salary: RM9000
KPI: max RM500
Mon-Sun MYT 6:00-23:00, 7.5h + 1.5h break
Shift preference cannot be requested in advance. Candidates have to follow the shift created by management. Shift exchange request is only negotiable with an emergent reason.
