Customer Success Specialist (Mandarin) 

Salary Range: RM 3300

The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) will be responding to customer requests, managing concerns, and providing specific information based on the enquiries received via inbound phone call and email channels.


  • Answering an Incoming Calls, Chat and Respond to Email.
  • Handle Customer Inquiries via inbound phone call and email channels.
  • Provide Customers about Product and Service Information.
  • Identify and Escalate Priority Issues.
  • Documenting All Call Information According to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Complete All Call Logs.
  • Updating customers profile into computer.
  • Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service

  • Education background: Bachelor’s Degree or at least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.

Allowance : 300 (fixed)
