As a Customer Service Representative (English / Mandarin Bilingual), You Will:
- Answer calls in Mandarin and English based on the needs of the customer
- Provide personalized customer service at the highest level.
- Ensure proper security procedures are followed for all customer interactions.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of systems so that information can be researched and proper information is given to customers.
- Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services.
- Other tasks/functions that may be assigned by the account as per business requirements
As a Customer Service Representative (English / Mandarin Bilingual), You Have:
- The ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English and Mandarin
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled.
- Ability to work changing shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- The understanding you will be working on-site at our state-of-the-art campus in Kuala Lumpur.
