Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Basic Salary: Range RM4,500.00 – RM5,000.00
Job Description:
The principal duties and responsibilities of the customer Service Representative consist of, but are not limited to the following:

Order Management – from entering incoming orders into the ERP system (e.g. SAP) up to invoicing:

  • Order entry, verify order/ delivery date:
  • Order status monitoring – Informing the sales / service team and Customers (including T&C coordination) of the delivery date.
  • To enter all quotations (SP4) and sales orders (SAP) in accurate and timely manner within KPI.
  • To perform the task of sales related invoicing once goods are delivered.
  • To manage the return process of products by customers in accordance with the return policy procedures.
  • To review of open orders and notify customer on delivery status.
  • To check stock and work with Purchaser on the parts to be ordered.
  • Any additional duties related to orders fulfilment not listed above.

 
Other Customers related tasks & handling:

  • Provide support to sales & service’s team about customer’s inquiries on order status.
  • To enter all assigned data in an accurate and timely manner, including maintenance of the customer’s data or contact database.
  • To manage customer’s complaint handling for orders related matters.
  • To obtain delivery order (Dos) acknowledgement from customers.
  • To support sales & service team in their customer's project tender process.
  • To manage and monitor the demo stock management for Safety Sales.
  • Any additional duties on customers related tasks not listed above.

 
Other tasks:

  • To develop and expand product knowledge.
  • To be familiar with assigned modules in SAP DW1 and make the full practical use of all features of the system according to company processes and procedures.
  • Assist to answer all incoming calls if the receptionist is not available.
  • To back up and support other Customer Service Representative in the event of their absence.
