Customer Service Local + English C1

Responsibilities:
Attend to inbound call, prompt correspondence via email or online chat

Requirements:
•    SPM, Diploma, and/or Degree
•    Write X assessment score should be C1 (candidate should have excellent communication skills both in speaking and writing)
•    Min 1-2 years of working experience
•    Should have experience in handling calls, emails, and/or chats. 
•    Can work on a shifting schedule.
•    Can start ASAP.
