Customer Service Executive (CSE) 

Basic Salary starting from RM1850
Preferably with Email handling experience
Working Hours Rotational Shift : 5 day week + 1 off day + 1 rest day (scheduled)

Responsibilities:

  • To review, identify and implement ideas for process improvement to achieve customer

  • satisfaction

  • Prepare scheduled reports

  • Perform administrative related task, including working and liaising with Admin and IT department

  • Support ad-hoc campaign when required

  • Support roadshows when required, might need to travel


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any field or Diploma holders with minimum 2 years working experience in Sales & Service industry, preferably in telecommunication/ mobile related industry.

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with ability to speak clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be added advantage.

  • Computer literate with ability to toggle multiple applications and knowledge of MS Office applications.

  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
