Responsibilities:
- To review, identify and implement ideas for process improvement to achieve customer
- satisfaction
- Prepare scheduled reports
- Perform administrative related task, including working and liaising with Admin and IT department
- Support ad-hoc campaign when required
- Support roadshows when required, might need to travel
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any field or Diploma holders with minimum 2 years working experience in Sales & Service industry, preferably in telecommunication/ mobile related industry.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with ability to speak clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be added advantage.
- Computer literate with ability to toggle multiple applications and knowledge of MS Office applications.
