Customer Service Executive

Salary: RM2500 + RM100 (phone allowances)
Working days and time: 6 working days Mon-Sat 9:00am - 5:30pm
Contract : 6 months


Job Description:
  • Support Supervisor in managing FG Local operation manual orders.
  • Monitor manual orders and alert customer service if pricing variances are found.
  • Phase in/out product codes based on customer requests.
  • Respond promptly to customer service needs via phone and email.
  • Report issues to the customer service supervisor as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the CD team on daily manual order distribution.
  • Follow up on POD returns with transporters within specified timeframes.
  • Oversee inbound processing in the SAP system for incoming shipments.
  • Conduct administrative tasks and monitor admin clerk performance.
  • Address all customer queries, especially urgent manual order shipments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO standard procedures.
  • Assist with additional inventory functions as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum diploma in any field
  • Experience with intermediate-level Excel skills
  • Immediate availability to start
