Job Responsibilities:
- Receive customers by phone/email/online chat: actively and promptly handle customer business needs/conduct follow-up actions to customers;
- Work closely with cross-department teams to ensure the smooth progress of customers' daily business needs and promote the resolution of problems in a timely manner;
- Good service etiquette and skills to provide customers with quality services
Job Requirements:
- College degree or above, proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Thai, English or Chinese
- Customer-oriented, proactive and responsible, with strong communication skills and affinity
- Working hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 to 18:00 (local time)
