- Perform basic cashier role such as processing and receiving payments and issuing receipts to customers.
- Provide front-line customer service to Amway Business Owners (ABO) with professionalism and customer satisfaction oriented.
- Direct specific and complex enquiries to superiors
- File documents and provide basic clerical tasks.
- Manage daily transactions and operations and special tasks assigned such as workshop registration and ABO meeting.
- Responsible for keeping retail, office, and store neat and presentable always.
- Minimum SPM qualification
Skills and Knowledge:
- Customer service experience, especially in the retail shop environment, will be an added advantage.
- Have good command of BM & English; knowledge of Mandarin & other Local dialects will be an added advantage.
