Customer Service Assistant (Alor Setar)

Salary: RM1,800
Perfect Attendance (No MC & EL) RM200.00 per month
OT 1.5 & 2.0

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic cashier role such as processing and receiving payments and issuing receipts to customers.
  • Provide front-line customer service to Amway Business Owners (ABO) with professionalism and customer satisfaction oriented.
  • Direct specific and complex enquiries to superiors
  • File documents and provide basic clerical tasks.
  • Manage daily transactions and operations and special tasks assigned such as workshop registration and ABO meeting.
  • Responsible for keeping retail, office, and store neat and presentable always.

Education/Experience/ Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM qualification

Skills and Knowledge:
  • Customer service experience, especially in the retail shop environment, will be an added advantage.
  • Have good command of BM & English; knowledge of Mandarin & other Local dialects will be an added advantage.
