Customer Relations Executive (Japanese Speaking)
Salary Package: RM 4,500 – RM 7,000
Working Days / Hours : 5 days a week (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Office : Gurney Tower, Penang
Reporting date :  1st April 2025 & Immediate available 


Responsibilities:
  • Main duties and responsibilities are attending our Japanese members to the hospital as a Interpreter for doctor consultation.
  • Providing medical support to Japanese members including handle hospital’s procedures, insurance claiming etc.
  • Providing traffic police reporting support, as interpreter for customers car accident or car breakdown cases.
  • Handling document and data entry into computer system in Japanese & English.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support for assigned task.
  • This duties need to 24 hour standby shift, providing support during non-working hour and Weekend or public holiday by rotational

Requirements:
  • Strong Japanese language skill is a must. Prefer JLPT N2 & above.
  • Fluent in Japanese, good in English and Malay.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
  • Willing to travel
  • Official Working Hours: 5 days a week (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
  • Off day twice per week
  • Nature of business: Risk management, Medical service communication &Insurance agent.
