Job description

  • Order Fulfillment (Process customer orders)
  • Order Issues Resolution, Amendments, Cancellations, Rush orders, Disputes
  • Facilitate and monitor deliveries, loading orders/scheduling, Update customers on delivery schedule
  • Export Documentations Coordination with Trade Agents
  • Assist Supply with inventory management
  • Billing/Invoicing/Letter of Credit Vetting
  • Cash Collection, Manage Credit, Overdues chasers
  • Customer Feedback & Complaints, Satisfaction
  • Manage Customer Records, Customer Master Data, Manual Pricing update
  • Liaising with Indirect Tax, Legal and Trade Compliance on trade related issue
  • Reporting of performance
  • To process MDM request from business in GSAP
  • To set up new Customer, Plant and material account 
  • To amend Customer, Plant and material  account
  • To block Customer, Plant and material  account
  • Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence Checks) – Screening via Portal
  • To monitor all request 
  • Process other Customer Master – Customer Account assignment
