Customer Advisor - Flight & Hotel (Thai & English skills)    

Remuneration: THB22,000 - THB24,000 + KPI allowance + THB1750 (attendance allowance)
Working Hour: Shift Hour; 5 days work
Work Location: Complex Singha, Bangkok

Job Description
In this role, you will assist customers by providing information for hotels & flights, resolving booking issues, and offering guidance on travel options. You will handle customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all customers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of travel services, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
•    Respond to customer inquiries regarding hotel/flight bookings through phone, email, and chat.
•    Assist with booking changes, cancellations, and resolving any issues that arise during the reservation process.
•    Provide accurate information about travel options, policies, and services to enhance the customer experience.
•    Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
•    Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer concerns and improve service processes.

Required Qualification: 
•    Thai nationality
•    Bachelor's degree or above
•    Fluency in both Thai and English (CEFR B1 level or above) is required, including reading, writing, and speaking skills.
•    Previous experience or internship in hotel or flight reservations is required.
Working shift & schedule:
•    Shift timing 7.00-16.00, 9.00-18.00, 22.00-07.00
