Responsibilities
- To attend/answer inbound calls from customers, identify their technical, billing and product issues on product and assist them to solve the problems by providing the right solution/troubleshooting.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
