CRM Administrator
Salary; RM10,000
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance CRM for optimal data capture, processing, and use aligned with business goals. Continuously refine the CRM infrastructure to support sales and marketing.
- Ensure database accuracy and integrity, implementing data segmentation to improve targeted marketing efforts.
- Develop and execute personalized campaigns tailored to customer segments by behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stage
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to support sales and marketing improvements.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer support to create cohesive strategies that boost engagement and retention.
- Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messaging) to reach the right audience effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of CRM management experience within the financial services or Forex industries.
- Proficiency in CRM, along with experience in other financial and Forex-focused CRM platforms.
- Previous experience in FX business is a must.
- Previous experience in FXBO CRM is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-oriented.
- Proactive and self-driven.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Requires a specific forex industry background.
