We are looking for Clinic Associates for health clinics in the Klang Valley. Our first clinic is currently operating in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.2
As Clinic Associates, you will be required to work for 45 hour works per week with our Doctors to provide quality and holistic patient care.
Prior healthcare experience is not necessary, but excellent customer service is a MUST!
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Patient service: Greeting, handling of patient enquiries (messages, phone calls), patient registration, payment and relationship building with patients
- Scheduling of appointments and coordination of diagnostic tests
- Administrative duties
- Assist in-house doctors (e.g. chaperone)
- Perform setting up of medical equipment and taking measurements of patients
Job Requirements:
- You love serving customers and making a lasting impression!
- Good command of the english language. Bonus: if bilingual
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
