Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to promote bank products/services to Singapore-based customers.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to explain features/benefits confidently.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
  • Accurately update customer data and activity logs in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Sales Admin, Quality Assurance, and other departments for seamless service.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in telesales or similar customer-facing sales roles.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and maintains a positive mindset.
  • Resilient under pressure and able to handle rejection.
  • Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
