Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote bank products/services to Singapore-based customers.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to explain features/benefits confidently.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Accurately update customer data and activity logs in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Sales Admin, Quality Assurance, and other departments for seamless service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telesales or similar customer-facing sales roles.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and maintains a positive mindset.
- Resilient under pressure and able to handle rejection.
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
