Campaign & Content Specialist

Location: Kuala Lumpur

The Campaign & Content Specialist will be responsible to plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns for ManpowerGroup to promote our business solutions and services to businesses and potential job seekers. You will develop and implement strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, generate leads, increase talent pool, increase engagement, and ultimately contribute to the company's growth.

This role will be supported by the Marketing leader in planning and monitoring campaigns.

This role demands a creative mind adept at content creation, skills in using graphic design and video editing tools, as well as meticulous calendar management to ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Leads Generation: Marketing Qualified Leads and Sales Qualified Leads

  • Candidates attractions: Website registrations and applications

  • Engagement: Reports downloads, Newsletter Open Rates/CTRs, Social Media Engagement and follower Numbers, Web traffic

  • Brand Awareness: Increase Share of Voice and Improve Brand Perception

Section B: Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in campaign execution, content creation, and digital marketing.

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong graphic design and videography skills.

  • Excellent Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Animate, etc.).

  • Demonstrated experience in managing strict campaign calendars and multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Data-driven approach to campaign planning and optimization.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with recruitment and sales teams.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous

Section C: Roles and Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Campaign & Content Specialist will be working closely with the Marketing leader who will support, guide and facilitate the following:

  • Maintain a comprehensive campaign calendar, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and smooth execution.

  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify talent gaps and develop targeted campaigns to attract candidates for specific job roles.

  • Partner with the sales team to understand key target industries and devise impactful campaigns to attract new clients.

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute dynamic B2B and B2C campaigns, tailored to meet recruitment and sales objectives of Job Orders and Candidates supply.

  • Develop and maintain a structured library for campaign assets to ensure efficient access and usage.

  • Oversee campaign strategies, budgets, and resources to drive successful outcomes.

  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies for better results.

Content Development

  • Campaign & Content Specialist will be responsible for the creation, distribution, and promotion of content, which include but not limited to written, graphical, audio and video content development required for campaigns execution within the following scope:

  • Leverage ManpowerGroup global, regional and local content for campaigns execution.

  • Create compelling written content for target audiences, engaging graphics, images, and videos to effectively convey campaign messages.

  • Leverage the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and other creative tools to design visually appealing campaign assets.

  • Produce and edit captivating video content for campaign use.

  • Utilize graphic design skills to develop standard service sheets for clients, making them visually engaging and persuasive. Develop and publish whitepapers that showcase thought leadership and insights on workforce trends.

  • Maintain a comprehensive campaign calendar, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and smooth execution.

  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all campaign materials and touchpoints, complying with ManpowerGroup's branding guidelines.

Section D: Provided Support:

  • Receive support and guidance from the Head of Marketing & Project Solutions to align campaigns with overall company strategy.

  • Collaborate with regional subject matter experts to deliver expected marketing outcomes and results.

  • Leverage the expertise of an Analyst for data analysis and market research to refine campaign strategies.

  • Benefit from the insights of the Regional Marketing Director, who will share regional campaign success stories and best practices.

  • Access resources from the Global Brand Centre for high-quality collaterals and branding materials.

  • Utilize a dedicated budget for AI tools, royalty-free video and graphics assets to enhance campaign quality.

  • Training and certifications for proposed courses.
