MUST HAVE: Mandarin/Cantonese speaking.
- Must have domain experience in at least 1 of the following areas: secured unsecured lending, wealth, insurance (life, digital, operations, etc.)
End to end UAT – good understanding of existing UAT framework, application of existing UAT approach and framework, planning and preparation work, governance model, what tools to use, including execution and management of UAT, assisting progress of UAT, providing recommendations for rollout; usually 2-3 years testing experience but more focused on capabilities rather than years’ of experience
- Proven track record as an outstanding test analyst or consultant (3Yrs) with end to end testing experience for large scale and major projects.
- 2 -3 Yrs Experience in working within the domain.
- Understand application business area and application requirements, specifically in the environment.
- Strong experience in managing user acceptance testing, both in an Agile and Waterfall environment.
- Extensive hands-on experience in test planning, test execution, test management, defect skills and test progress reporting including using a variety of test management.
- Skilled Business Analyst with relevant experience in the coordination of SIT and UAT for phased project, preferably in using Agile practice.
- ISTQB Certified Tester
- Foundation Level (CTFL) - work towards qualification.
- Have ability to convince and influence stakeholders towards a business decision.
