Business Developer Manager (Hunter Roles)

Basic Salary: RM10,000 - RM12,000 (Based on Experience)
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Working Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor

      
 Job Description    

Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
  • Provide market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of business development strategies and adjust plans as needed.
Networking and Relationship Building:
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build a robust professional network.
  • Engage with local business communities and stakeholders to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Present and promote the company's products and services to prospective clients.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships and alliances that can drive business growth.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts.
Client Acquisition and Management:
  • Identify and engage with potential clients and partners to generate new business leads.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Business Development Strategy:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
  • Identify target markets and industries for business expansion.
Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, market demands, and potential business opportunities.
  • Analyze competitors and evaluate the competitive landscape to inform business strategies.

Qualification    

Additional Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in the local language and English is often required.
  • Cultural Awareness: Understanding of local business practices and cultural nuances.

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
