- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of working experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in ICT industry.
- Must be a team player with pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and positive working attitude.
- Customer focus, result-oriented, proactive, resourceful and self-motivated.
- Good communication skill and time management.
- Able to work independently and perform under-pressure.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel and visit customers regularly.

- Develop and implement all the sales strategies and planning to achieve sales target.
- To meet sales target, prepare and present reports, proposals and sales forecast in a timely manner.
- To analyse and study the potential market to identify new leads and new business opportunities.
- To identify potential customers and perform solution presentation to close the business deals.
- To closely follow up with the existing and potential customers via email, phone calls or in person visits, with a sense of urgency to meet customer’s expectation.
- To plan and organize personal sales strategy by finding new customers and maximizing the sales revenue.
- To build rapport and maintain good relationship with the existing and potential customers.
- Communication effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Any other task assigned from superior from time to time.
