Responsibilities: SHE MANAGEMENT AND SUSTAINABILITY
Activities
- Work in line with the defined and implemented safety standards.
- Systematically drives safety improvements and raises safety awareness among colleagues to prevent accidents / incidents / near misses.
Responsibilities PROCESS MANAGEMENT
Activities
- Ensures improvement in the Brewing equipment and process control, Utilities supply & Operation and development of new standards.
- Execute all the brewing operations on machine machines in line with the valid standards.
- Proactively conduct trouble shooting when breakdowns happen
For Example
- Proactively act on the daily production operations and to promptly discuss/report the production issues with the team members.
- Carry out daily production according to the approved weekly brewing schedule.
- Receive raw materials and ensure it is within technical specification.
- Relief other process Technician when required.
Responsibilities TPM AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Activities
- Ensures workplace is at the required AM and 5S standards and is actively involved in AM / 5S teams.
- Execute daily and weekly cleaning of brewing vessels to achieve performance in brewing and BIO free products.
Responsibilities QUALITY OF THE PROCESS AND PRODUCT
Activities
- Make basic inspection of the materials to be sure that quality is ok.
- Make all the quality checks in line with the standards and procedures on all machines and processes.
- Contributes to improvement activities based on standard analyses and sensing (hearing / looking / feeling / smelling) in his / her area of the line and takes appropriate corrective action.
