POSITION: BEAUTY ADVISOR
REPORTS TO: Commercial Manager /Area Commercial Executive
Retail Manager/ Counter Manager
Primary Functions
To achieve the sales targets allocated
Provide assistance to customer to ensure satisfaction, follow-up on customer purchases and maintain customer database
To set up and maintain product displays and collateral material
To complete required administration work i.e. customer profiles, daily/monthly sales report/stock sheets etc.
To assist in trade and press presentations, beauty clinics and any other promotional activities as required.
Any other duties as directed by your immediately superior/ management from time to time.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ of relevant working experience.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Social Selling Skills. E.g.: Social Posting, Virtual Consultation,
Live Streaming
