Retail Manager/ Counter Manager
PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVES
To achieve sales targets allocated through acting as a Makeup Artist to shoppers in the store and to maintain studios and stocks in the prescribed manner.
Primary Function
- To achieve the sales targets allocated
- Provide assistance to customer to ensure satisfaction, follow-up on customer purchases and maintain customer database
- Assist Retail Manager to set up promotions/ events
- To complete required administration work i.e. customer profiles, daily/ monthly sales report/ stock sheets etc
- Any other duties as directed by your immediate superior/ management from time to time
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Possess with Makeup Certificate
- Able to communicate effectively and excellent customer service skill
- Able to work on shift basis and long hours
- Social Selling Skills. E.g.: Social Posting, Virtual Consultation, Live Streaming
