Responsibilities:
- Comply code of conduct in IMS area and effectively implement factory IMS business rules and standards in own work
- Process daily procurement activities from PR to PO by ensuring accurate and timely procurement service.
- Supplier goods/service delivery status follow up.
- Vendor invoice verification for price difference or goods receipt missing.
- Track invoice posting & payment status and timely reply to supplier.
- Open PRs and POs continually follow up.
- Seamless co-operation and communication with business teams & suppliers and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Support technical buyer on supplier performance management.
- Consolidate spot buys and execute the identified strategic plan.
- Other tasks assigned by the superior.
