ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES
• To provide support to Collection and Recovery team. Prepare documents for successful bidder (Auction). Perform housekeeping of documents monthly.
• To answer general enquiries from bidder. To follow up with bidder did not make payment within agreed period. Working together with Asset Management Executive to handle bidding matters.
• Handle ad-hoc assignment for any incidental visit for credit collection of cheques, collection of customers’ belongings, document delivery to commissioner of aoth etc.
• To prepare documentation (4th Schedule, Notice of Intention to Repossesses, Proof of Posting and etc) for legal proceedings. Responsible for outgoing mail function for the department.
• To assist on any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior/Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum SPM or above. with at least 1 year of working experience (Experienced in collection industry will be prioritized).
• Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malay are preferred.
• Computer literate Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Able to work assigned shift hours and have flexibility to accommodate possible weekend assignment.
• Ad-hoc travel assignment (within Klang Valley).
