Admin Assistant

Key Accountabilities

  • To ensure all Orders are received and process/released in system on time and accurate.
  • To support Operation on documentation activities.
  • Ensure Pick list are released to operation, invoices are printed, Load manifest prepared and recorded



Duties

  • Responsible for data entry and compiling data for production report
  • To update and monitor PO/orders on daily basis.
  • To ensure that all reports are submitted on time to operation
  • Ensure all Pick list released base on prioritization on daily basis.
  • Ensure all invoice and Load manifest prepared for Delivery and recoded.
  • To support in administration activities
  • To ensure 5S concept is practiced.
  • To facilitate and support towards Kaizen approach in the warehouse and office.
  • Ensure HSE standards procedures are adhered at all times.
  • Other jobs as assigned by the management
