Accounts Executive
LOCATION: Pasir Gudang BASIC SALARY: RM 4,500 – RM 6,000
FIXED ALLOWANCE: RM 150 (Meal Allowance)
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for applying established accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial data, prepare accurate and timely financial reports, and maintain strong accounting controls.
MAIN TASKS / ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Prepare Financial Statements – Compile and analyze financial data to generate accurate monthly and annual financial statements. 2. Maintain Compliance – Ensure financial records comply with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. 3. Meet Reporting Deadlines – Ensure timely submission of all financial reports. 4. Financial Reporting – Prepare detailed financial management reports for strategic decision-making. 5. Closing Processes – Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities with accuracy and efficiency. 6. Accounting Controls – Establish, implement, and maintain robust accounting control procedures. 7. Resolve Discrepancies – Identify and rectify accounting discrepancies and irregularities. 8. Budget & Forecast Support – Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis. 9. Taxation Compliance – Monitor and support tax reporting and regulatory requirements. 10. Financial Data Management – Develop and maintain financial databases for accurate record-keeping. 11. Audit Preparation – Coordinate audit processes and ensure timely preparation for financial audits. 12. Revenue & Expense Analysis – Oversee the accurate recording, classification, and analysis of revenues and expenses. 13. Business Performance Evaluation – Assess revenue trends, expenditures, and financial commitments to provide insights on business operations. 14. Resource Optimization – Analyze financial data to recommend cost-saving strategies and process improvements. 15. Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to financial regulations and maintain data integrity. 16. Annual Budget Preparation – Assist in developing and finalizing the annual budget. 17. Expense Oversight – Review and authorize check requests and purchase orders, ensuring budget compliance. 18. General Accounting Duties – Handle other accounting tasks as required. 19. Ad-Hoc Responsibilities – Execute additional tasks as assigned by management to support business needs. OTHERS: a) Adhere to all policies, acts, regulations, and procedures implemented by the company and mandated by governing bodies and authorities. b) Participate in the implementation of all management systems as required, such as HACCP, GMP, HALAL, KOSHER, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 45001:2018, RSPO, MSPO, ISCC, etc

- Hands-on experience with the full set of accounts, including:
- Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL) & Bank Reconciliation

- Taxation, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Expected salary: RM 4,500 – RM 6,000 (depending on experience)
