Salary Range: RM 2,800 to RM 3,300
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Accounts Receivable functions
- Order processing, banking, record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Maintain and update customer account details in the system
- Reconcile any irregularities in receipts
- Assist in monthly accounts reconciliation and month end closing
- Prepare monthly reports and statement.
- Prepare supporting schedules for audit and tax purpose.
- Coordinate with IT vendor for infrastructure and support issues
- General admin support i.e. office maintenance, hotel reservation, etc.
