What You Will Do:
  • Achieve annual sales target for the assigned area/territory by working with the District Manager, Corporate Account Manager, and Marketing Manager to establish selling strategy and tactics.
  • Effectively calls on and establishes business and social relationships with customers and prospects in the area assigned for management. This includes establishing business relationships with prospect and customer top management, and training customers in the assigned area to effectively establish these relationships.
  • Plan and organize sales process by using CRM.
  • Prepare periodic reports and regularly update database showing sales volume, potential sales and status of active pursuits, as well as monitor the annual sales forecast for the assigned area.
  • Establish close customer contact to determine customer needs, and position the Company to satisfy those needs.
  • Document value offered and delivered to the customer in clear, customer accepted financial terms.
  • Focus on customer retention and generate high levels of continuous customer satisfaction by ensuring compliance and quality in the application of the Six Service Standards.
  • Support and be committed to Nalco Water's Quality Improvement Process and the guiding principles of Responsible Care®, and its six Codes of Management Practice.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial) or life science (Chemistry)
  • Minimum 5 years in technical sales, with excellent track record.
  • Good knowledge of functional support processes and display exemplary sales account management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with both internal & external customers
  • Delivering a hands-on approach to service execution and adding value
  • A tremendous will to succeed and continue your learning & development
  • Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
