Responsibilities:
- Finance Payment
- Issuing invoice and payment
- Providing documents to auditors
- LHDN
- Liaison with company secretary
Social Media/ Communication:
- Respond to the client with stipulated time frame
- Instagram, Facebook
- Linked-in
- Handling of Business Phone
- Point of contact for External Meetings
Audit:
- Check on Catering and Outlets (surprise audit)
- Liaison with relevant managers
SOP/ Procedure/ Documentation:
- Proof reading/ basic copy
- Manage recipe cards
- Manage and organise Google Drive
Personal:
- Manage personal driver
- Cash management (donations, flowers and gifts)
- Booking of flight tickets and hotel accommodation
Event Management:
- Coordinating with guest / outlets on behalf of Director
- Minor event audit
Projects with Director:
- Coordination
- Planning
- Team Management
Reporting
- Daily report send to CEO/CFO
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Flexible hours
- Possess own transport
- Willing to work on weekends and PH when necessary
- Highly Committed
- Someone who wants to be in fast lane
