Sales & BD Manager : Malaysia
Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships and marketing opportunities.
Responsible for prospecting clients, and connecting with potential leads through networking, phone calls, email and social media
Expected to Develop and maintain good working relationship with key senior stakeholders & prospects
Attend networking events for prospecting and lead generation
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Gaining market knowledge and providing the team with market feedback.
Work towards achieving business growth objectives in Malaysia by hitting key sales and ambitious business development targets
Manage client launch & implementation of program, and provide ongoing after launch support and feedback
Perform as senior member of KL Sales Team while supporting Sales Director
Support overall operations in Malaysia and support operations team where required
4-5 years client facing experience in high performing sales teams
People management experience in sales teams will be a plus
Ability to make prospect presentations to senior stakeholders at large MNC companies
Strong technical acumen and interest in IT platforms is an advantage
Good communication ability to coordinate with sales, operations and IT development teams on a regular basis
Track record in consistently hitting sales KPIs on weekly and monthly basis
To be self-motivated but able to work as part of a team
Advanced business level communication ability in English to work with senior Director level stakeholders and clients
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/Economics
Drive and passion for HR and Technology related domains will be an advantage
