Office Executive
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead daily office operations to maintain our Malaysia office operating at peak performance, ensuring that office is
always clean and presentable.Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing
systems, reviewing supply requisitions and executing clerical functions.Sustain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Handle local and international shipments in and out of the office
Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends and maintaining
inventory.Support company initiatives through event organization, communication and field office implementation.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills Required:
Minimum 2 years’ of progressively responsible experience in an administrative support role
Advanced skills in computer applications including
Microsoft Office suite preferredExcellent command of written and spoken English, Malay and Mandarin in a business context.
