Office Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur


  • Manage and lead daily office operations to maintain our Malaysia office operating at peak performance, ensuring that office is
    always clean and presentable.

  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing
    systems, reviewing supply requisitions and executing clerical functions.

  • Sustain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.

  • Handle local and international shipments in and out of the office

  • Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends and maintaining

  • Support company initiatives through event organization, communication and field office implementation.

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills Required:


  • Minimum 2 years’ of progressively responsible experience in an administrative support role

  • Advanced skills in computer applications including
    Microsoft Office suite preferred

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Malay and Mandarin in a business context.
