Job Title: Business Development - Sales Support Specialist
Work Location: Petaling Jaya (First Avenue)
SALES DEVELOPMENT / SUPPORT SPECIALIST ROLE DESCRIPTION :
● Assist the Key Account Manager in Malaysia to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for ClientforBusiness and ClientGifts
● Perform regular call to leads and offer ClientForBusiness solutions and ClientGifts to existing or potential customers
● Reach out to potential clients and produce real opportunities by asking qualifying questions
● Generate new outbound business leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales channels
● Deal with inbound leads and achieve a high conversion rate for ClientForBusiness and ClientGifts inquiries
● Provide administrative, operational, and escalation support for the assigned key accounts portfolio
● Identify and close opportunities within the assigned key accounts portfolio
● Enter information relating to accounts, leads, opportunities, and accounts on Salesforce
● Build rapport with customers within the tele business environment, and ensure assigned accounts are being serviced properly, as well as, upsell solutions to the assigned regional key accounts portfolio
● Provide regular report (or as requested) to Key Account Manager
● Identify and close opportunities within the assigned accounts or industries
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
● At least 6 months of working experience in a tele business /telesales environment
● Good command of English (both written and verbal)
● Fluency in other language is an advantage
● Basic Microsoft Office (word, excel, ppt, etc.) and GSuite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) skills
● Prior experience in handling corporate clients in Malaysia is preferred
● Able to work in a team
