CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (JAPANESE SPEAKING)
Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone and e-mail
Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservation
Act as a liaison between guest and hotel to arrange special request/to resolve complaint
Excellent communication skill in both Japanese & English. Japanese close to native level.
Independent & customer friendly
Able to demonstrate conflict resolution, negotiation and de-escalation skills
Flexible with working schedule
Working Location: G – Tower (Near to Ampang Park LRT Station)
Working Days: 5 days per week (Monday – Saturday) including weekend & public holiday
Operations Hours: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Shift rotational basis – 8 hours per day
