  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field

  • Working knowledge of CRM Systems

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain client-account by upselling and cross-selling

  • Achieve incremental business growth with existing clients in terms of Gross Profit

  • Negotiate new and renewal contracts with clients: establish timeline of performance

  • Work with internal sales, managers, marketing, shared services and talent acquisition departments dedicated to the same account to ensure the highest quality of services are rendered and client needs are met

  • Operates as the central point of contact for assigned clients

  • Develops and maintains long-terms relationships with existing accounts

  • Ensures clients receive requested services in a timely fashion

  • Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timeline

  • Organizes and takes part in monthly and quarterly business reviews with key clients

  • Serves as a point of contact for internal regional and global matters for the assigned account basket

  • Responsibility of managing the forecast for the basket of clients
