Job Title: Sales - Telesales Agent

Physical / Tax Work Location. (Physical Location where the worker is present): Petaling Jaya (First Avenue)
Salary: RM2000
Commission : RM2000 max ( based on target )
Ride : RM 250 per month (Claim basis)
Meal Allowance : RM 230 per month (Claim basis)
Parking Claims : RM100 per month (Claim basis)

Tele Sales Job Description :
  • Conduct outbound / drop off calls to potential MEX from database
  • Preferably applicants with sales/telesales/call centre/customer service experience
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers..
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Achieve and exceed sales target / KPIs on weekly/ monthly basis
  • Keep accurate records of sales and calls in GSheet
  • Provide positive feedback and input on product / service improvement based on customer interactions ( handling complaints, enquiries )
  • Strong understanding on financial products, markets and regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner

Job Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Preferably candidates specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent
  • Bahasa Melayu speaking is a MUST and have confident speaking in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with customers at all levels
  • Ability to deliver high-quality customer service to external and internal customers
  • Able to work in a team
  • Have passion in sales and perseverance when face challenge
  • Enthusiastic towards achieving target
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls and establishing client relationships via phone.
  • Must be a target-oriented, self-starter, and aggressive enough to achieve the defined targets.
