Duty Shift Technician SOW (after 8.00pm)

  • Observe the temperature and RH Warehouse area.

  • Turn OFF 1-unit chiller, 1-unit CHWP, 3-unit AHU (AHU is different location) & 1-unit ADU.

  • Re-observe the temperature and RH Warehouse area.

  • Round check for any abnormality of system, equipment & building:

  • Incoming water pressure reading & water tank level.

  • Domestic water pump condition.

  • Main fire alarm panel.

  • Transformer & LV Room.

  • Perimeter surrounding check.



Ad-hoc SOW (if necessary)

  • Shut OFF few waters incoming valve to investigate leakages due to high water usage.

  • Any other special job that only can perform after operation end.
